Tournament Season Starting Soon

So we haven't had a tournament in a while. All that's about to change, very soon. Once the new school year starts, we will be hosting tournaments at least TWICE a month. It all starts on Labor Day weekend, with not one, but two Halo 3 Tournaments, Saturday September 5th, at 2:00 PM. We will start with 2v2 and follow it with either 4v4 or FFA depending on interest, so grab your friends and start practicing, because you are never as pro as you think you are, unless you are actually pro, in which case the competition will undoubtedly be relatively easy and you probably don't need to practice.
The Venue fee for the day will be $8 to play Halo, and $7 to enter the tournament. We are working out a new prize structure that will spread the wealth much further and more people will actually win prizes, so you don't need to be the best to walk away with something in your pocket. We will be using MLG rules and maps, and a double elimination bracket.
Other upcoming tournaments could possibly include Super Smash Bros. Brawl & Melee, Street Fighter 4, FIFA 09, and Defense of the Ancients. All of this will be based on request, so please let us know what you want to play and we will make it happen.
